[Build] Electrical work initial scope and service interruptions at Noisebridge mornings of June 20, 26, 27

Hello Noisebridge persons.

1. There will be interruptions in the electrical service at Noisebridge
from 08:00 to 13:00 on June 20, 26, and 27. This is due to the start of
work on our electrical infrastructure by our electricians in preparation
for our scheduled survey inspection on July 8th.

2. Neil and Tim, our electricians, have sent their initial list of things
that need to be fixed at Noisebridge. It lives on the wiki here:

3. They need our help for various things and these are listed on the third
page. If you can commit to helping with any of these items please add
yourself to the riseup pad linked below.
