[Build] Layout meeting results!

i added notes to the pad https://pad.riseup.net/p/LayoutMeeting as to what
is going to be done on what approximate schedule.

our attendance was:  piratematt, jarrod, deja, vi, dan, rikke and myself.

basically there will be a bunch of things done that are directly in prep
for the inspectors, and a bunch of nice to have kinda stuff that will make
the space more awesomer that isn't important enough to be done before the
inspections.  the inspection prep is going to be done first.  stove needs
removing / kitchen downsized, walls need to be brought up to code,
electrical work needs to be done, DJ booth is being removed entirely and
the floor patched over, fire exits should be marked clearly, and the room
in the water heater should be drywalled and the area around the heater
cleared.

Jarrod and Matt and Rikke are coordinating space purge stuff.  there will
be a few dump runs this week of getting rid of general trash stuff and
clearing the space. bodies will be needed to move molecules around over the
next week.  if anyone wants to show up and help out, piratematt should be
here during the day, otherwise myself or jarrod will come after work hours
and open.
