[Build] Accountability Thread: Moving Things

David Fine is in charge of the "Purge" project, which primarily has to
do with getting rid of stuff, but there's going to be some overlap
with your "Hazard Hiding and Rehoming".

Since we are almost certainly going to have to rent a vehicle to help
with all this, you guys may as well get a good deal on a large vehicle
from Enterprise or something (they tend to have the best multiple-day
rates) and coordinate together.

(I'm sure we can't Purge all that needs to be purged in one weekend, of course.)
