[Build] Noisebridge is under attack

Hi.
Closing Noisebridge at night has worked wonders for the space. It has
disrupted some very damaging patterns that developed over the years.
However, those disruptive forces are not going down without a fight, and
they are actively trying to reverse all the progress we've made.

Specifically, people are trying to break in to the space at night. We
have to assume, of course, that the gate is completely compromised. The
bitting is floating around the Web, the key has been distributed freely
for years, and lots of people who later were bad actors got one.
Furthermore, we'll just never get that lock to be particularly secure.

We know there are some actively exploited vulnerabilities in the top
door. I'll be procuring a latch guard tomorrow afternoon, and we should
hack some more reinforcements.

Lastly, someone tried to access the fire escape, but fell and managed to
rip Mi Ranchito's awning (ouch). We haven't been good about locking the
fire escape door - that needs to be part of the closing procedure. I am
also going to re-secure the roof hatch on Tuesday.

So, please keep an eye to our physical security, as it is starting to
really matter. If you see something that needs to be fixed, let me know.
