[Build] Roach problem

I know that the inspection is soon, and we've got asshats trying to
break into the space, but holy fuck are the roaches getting out of hand.
I've seen (and killed) them every night I've been in the space. Tonight
I could consistently spot them once every 20 - 30 minutes. They are on
table tops, not just corners and cracks. This is really really really
bad. We had roaches before, even on day one at 2169, but it wasn't this
intense. Fuck.
