[Build] The great AV revamp thread

Hi all.

So I'll be working on the Hackatorium and Church tonight. Hoping to
finish more of it up. Due to electrical concerns there are plans to run
conduit up to the projector and speakers, and so I'll be removing all of
the extension cords giving them power. Because of this I'm hoping that
by tonight I'll have 95% of the AV setup in those two areas done. I also
plan on starting work in Turing, and having that be finished by the end
of Saturday.

As always any help is appreciated. Please let me know if you'd like to
help. :)
