[Build] The great AV revamp thread

The av box from the Hackatorium has been moved to Turing and replaced with
a new bigger box. I started some work with populating the new box with all
the appropriate gear when I realized one of the HDMI switchers was dead and
I hadn't gotten it RMAed in yet. The functional HDMI switcher is still in
the old box now in Turing. What this means is the av setup in the
Hackatorium is out of order until Monday night.

I will continue some work on Saturday. Thanks.
