[Build] The great AV revamp thread

We're about 90% done over all. Turing now has a projector installed and
is functional. Things still need doing...

* Replacing the HDMI switcher in the Hackitorium
* Ethernet runs for all three AV boxes (AppleTV and a cable out to the
floor for the speaker)
* A little more cable dressing
* Running input cable for the speakers in each of the classrooms
* Installing a Rasberrypi that does nothing but play Somafm in the
Hackitorium
* A lot of labeling things
* Printed documentation
* Documentation on the wiki

I think I'll be by Noisebridge next on Monday night to replace the HDMI
box in the Hackitorium and maybe label that box completely. Help is
always appreciated. :)
