[Build] The great AV revamp thread

A thread to unify all threads. So what's happening? I've started to
order a butt load of AV gear. We as a group are going to install (anchor
and secure as best as we can) all this gear over a coming weekend.

Anyhow. Do you want to help install this stuff? Grand! I was thinking
the weekend of Nov 1st-2nd. Please reply back to me off list and let me
know if you'd like to be a helper.

I'm pretty set on ordering these things, but if you feel like making
suggestions, please do so...

I will update that spreadsheet as time goes on.

The whole point of this crazy system is two fold:

1. Make it as easy as possible for someone to get into the space and
start using this system for a class or talk
2. Make it as obnoxious as possible for anyone to move/remove any of
this gear and causing the system to not be easy to use anymore (finding
a cable in all of Noisebridge is horrible)
