[Build] [Noisebridge-discuss] Stop taking down the Church projector

So there's this thing that's totally happened at Noisebridge before,
where we've tried to get stuff for a project for a space, and had it all
get delivered at different times, and when we tried to install it all we
didn't have all of the things we needed, etc. At this point the project
is installed half assed and people forget about all the missing items.

I said all a bunch.

Anyhow. There's a budget. I would like us to get all of the things in
the budget/shopping list...

My plan was to buy all of the things, have them get shipped to my work,
take them over to NB when I had all_of_the_things, install them, then
ask if anyone wanted to shoot me the moneys to cover some of the costs.

If anyone would like to offer a plan on how to do this more distributed
without us getting into a failure mode of having a work day when we're
actually missing parts of things we need to make this be complete by the
end of the day, I'm all ears. :)
