[Build] Update access control this weekend

Hey all, this is great work and great news. Thanks for doing it.

For what it's worth I've got discussion going on on rack@ to move the
contents of Suzan the Rack, out of the rack and out of that closet room,
and into a smaller 12U rack that's all mountable. I'm planning to put
this new rack outside of the room against the wall above and to the
right of its door.

I'm not sure if you're running anything other than ethernet in there. If
so we should have a chat about how to deal with that as I'll be pulling
all the cables through the plastic duct going into the closet, and
trimming them a tad bit shorter so we don't have a mess of cables
hanging out outside.

Additionally within the scope of your work will you be cleaning up the
cabling upstairs next to the door behind the CCTV monitor? It's sort of
a horrible mess right now. :(
