[Build] Apparent network latency issue?

I got a disjointed voice mail from Rayc about latency issues on the wifi
in the space. Without any metrics I can't actually help out. A good
place to start would be to use the tool mtr to run a traceroute to
something like 8.8.8.8...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTR_(software)

...and actually figure out where the slowdown is coming from.

As far as wifi usage for the last 24 hours goes, at around 17:54 (when
Rayc called), there were about 20-30 users on the wifi, and over an hour
about 1gb was pushed over it in total. All in all well under any maximum
limit the APs can handle.

To note, around 05:00 to 07:00 this morning (Thursday), one or multiple
wireless clients pushed around 18GB of data. There were approximately 16
wireless clients connect. As another side note, based off historical
logging data there isn't any real way to determine if these users (or
any users in fact) are sitting inside Noisebridge, or neighbors enjoying
our free wifi from the outside. However right this minute I can
speculate that there are 9 client devices using the wifi most likely
from within the space.

Additionally I can tell you someone restarted biketrailer at 17:36. It
would be really appreciated if folks didn't use resetting internet gear
as a generalized large hammer to attempt to fix issues without trying to
debug what's going on first.

I am currently having SSH issues back to biketrailer, which leads me to
believe that the earlier reported problem is most likely Monkeybrains
and not us.

The point to point wifi gear I had setup yesterday (Wednesday), was used
for about 10 minutes, and hasn't really been touched since then. I will
most likely unplug and remove it from the network tomorrow (Friday).
