[Build] lasersaur?

yay to getting the lasercutter back! that laser is a 9x13 inch bed, though,
and i would really like to have a large bed (like 36x48 inch) cutter in the
space as well, and the lasersaur project seems like the cheapest way to get
one of that size.

the total materials cost from the BoM is around $8k if you purchase from
that list.

the last i heard, the current laser cutter needed a replacement part, can
someone confirm/deny?
