[Caffeine] Integrated roaster-grinder-brewer

I've seen commercial roast-grind-brew setups in Seoul and NYC but this 
is the first time I've seen a consumer version so I thought I'd post it

I find it interesting that they choose to grind and brew immediately 
after roasting --- at least for my palate letting coffee site for a few 
hours - days is a better cup!
