Ideally, yes.  If there are useful ways I can help despite not knowing
Berlin or speaking German, let me know.

I was hoping that if people could fill out the "willing to pay" column,
that would provide a guideline for an acceptable total cost.  If you
see something that fits, then you could announce it here and we'd
confirm.  How's that?
