[Noisebridge-congress] Congress Digest, Vol 3, Issue 10

I'd like to point out that there's a "waiting list" for #19 of 6 people.
The way I see it, if everyone makes it, we can distribute those amongst the
rooms.  Counting the numbers, it looks like Rubin's the only one on the
floor at the moment.  I am sure that will changes as I am confident Steen
will join him.
