[Noisebridge-congress] Apartment hunting in Berlin for the 26c3?

I'm not sure what my schedule is, but I'll probably be there around the same
date ranges. I'm also interested in the apartment and can throw down as
well.

I haven't done this in Berlin before. How does the process normally go? Is
there often a wait? Do they require down payments or signing liability forms
or anything?
