For those considering going to 27C3 in Berlin (27-Dec through 30-Dec), you will need to purchase your ticket on Thursday, November 11, starting at 20:00h UTC (that's noon PST on 11-Nov).  These will sell out!

IMPORTANT:  You will need to register on the pre-sale site at least 24 hours before you are allowed to purchase your 27C3 pass.  Since these 2000 passes will sell out quickly, this means that you will need to register on the pre-sale site before Wednesday, November 10, 20:00h UTC TODAY (noon tomorrow PST).  So, register NOW, if you want to go to 27C3.
