[Noisebridge-congress] apartment in Berlin

I'd like to go in on an apartment with noisebridge people.  I don't have my
travel booked yet but will most likely be coming in from Istanbul on the
26th and leaving for the states on the 2nd.  Those dates may change based on
ticket prices.
