Yes, CCC always charges a fee for credit card transactions.  This year
it's 7.5% plus EUR7.50 plus any FTF charged by your bank.  Think of it
as a paleolithic-us-banking-industry-tax, if we had a sane bank transfer
system this would not be a problem.

They're using Stripe this year, which is nice.

FWIW, the cacert-signed certificate for tickets.events.ccc.de has a SHA1
hash of 07:D1:17:19:BC:87:42:78:9F:DA:3D:E6:AE:D8:7F:35:15:ED:C3:E8
according to my browser.
