[Noisebridge-congress] Roll call for 31C3

Yeah, it'll be cool to see you at 31C3. 

I'm staying with friends in Hamburg Ave Berlin.  But for the first 2 Congresses I  went to in Hamburg, I stayed at Generator Hostel, and Meininger Hostel -- both good, clean, and inexpensive, and a couple S-Bahn stops from the Congress Center.  But airbnb will be fine.
