[Noisebridge-congress] Roll call for 31C3

Ben and I couldn't find a good airbnb to stay in, so we've opted to go
with a hotel room.

I'll be in Vienna from Dec 31st for Journey and NYE. Vienna is sort of
like the upscale Mission district that Berlin could never afford. It's
nice but not as crazy as Berlin for NYE.

After that I'll be in Berlin from the 4th or 5th. Copenhagen on the 9th
before I fly home on the 10th.
