[Noisebridge-congress] Pausing on taking in new people for now

Hello folks.

So when we had initially registered the camp with Orga we stated our
village size being around 15 to 20 people. A week later I bumped that up to
25 when there was a bit of interest at Noisebridge. A few weeks after that
I set it to 30. Eyeballing the map, I would say our assigned plot can
accommodate about 20 two to four people tents, with also leaving space to
walk and our two massive congregation tents.

We currently have about 32 people on our roster registered. We'll most
likely get a little comfy with our tent placement, maybe bleed into the
Anarchists out back, etc. It'll take some Tetrising but we'll figure it out.

Anyhow, I'm putting a note on our wiki and on the spreadsheet that we're
pausing on taking in more folks into our village for the time being. I
don't want to pull a CCC here, so If someone shows up at camp and wants to
camp with us, isn't a jerk, and we have the room, we'll be happy to take
them. But I don't want them to plan that they're camping with us only to
show up and find that there's not a lick of space left.

If you're reading this and were planning to camp with us, or know of others
wanting to camp with us, Ben recommends poking Milleways as they have
plenty of space, an amazing kitchen, and are a generally fun group of
people to camp with. Additionally our Embassy will be open to all who want
to visit.

Thanks for understanding.
