[Noisebridge-congress] Milliways funding drive

Hey NOPErs.

I'm running the kitchen at the Milliways Village this year, similar to 
what I've done at other camps like ToorCamp.

Because of the CCC rules, only official food vendors are allowed to charge 
for food.  So Milliways runs a free donation-based kitchen.  In order to 
get that donation ball rolling, we've setup a crowdfunding site.  We're 
running our own customized version of selfstarter[0] instead of using one 
of the popular funding platforms.  This is to reduce the overhead.

One thing to note is that payment is push.  I'm guessing that most people 
don't have EU bank accounts in order to wire transfer to me, so I've added 
a paypal for accepting USD.  The amounts we are asking for are in EUR, so 
multiply by 1.1 (the current exchange rate) when sending.

If you donate 25 EUR (27.50 USD) or more, you will get a Milliways 
Challenge Coin with a Camp 2015 logo on one side.
