[Noisebridge-congress] Intro: Oleg

Hi all, Oleg is a friend of mine living in Berlin who’ll be camping with
NOPE. I wanted to introduce him to the list. He’s line 26 on the camp roster

Oleg and I first met virtually because he would send GitHub issues
basically crapping all over an open source project I was working on. To my
frustration, he was always right, and we became friends. I think he’ll make
a great camp mate.

He also mentioned that he’s happy to help in any way a person living near
Camp with access to a car can help.
