I'm feeling a similar predicament.
Should I bring a tent all the way from home and suffer lugging it around Europe?
Or should I buy a tent there and scrap it afterward?
It sure would be nice to find something like a Sports Basement where I
could just rent a tent for a week or two.
Another thought I had: are there any non-profit outdoors programs in
.de, maybe for kids or something, that could use a once-used tent?
