Thanks for putting this together Miloh!
The best advice I can give people who are a little daunted by the task of trying to fly with weird electronics, is to simply show up in Berlin, go to a couple stores, buy a bunch of random shit, and hack something together there. Some of the most fucked up awesome bull shit is created in the hours where you're the most jet lagged.
I'm still waiting to hear back from CCC Orga regarding the tent/table/chairs rental thing. Yes we will be bugging you all for some sort of camp dues. If you're a starving hacker you are welcome to talk with me and we can figure out something else regarding dues. If you're privileged in some context and making the big bucks, I'd encourage you to put more money in the hat than what is asked, because when you check your privilege at the door you're actually an awesome person.

ACCOMMODATIONS

NOPE is getting a 6x6 tent with wooden floors from the CCC orga, total

cost is around ~$1080, which we will need to transfer to the orga

before the 20th of July to hold our reservation. The plan as I see it

is to use this tent as our central base of operations, light it up and

fog it liberally, and sprinkle our smaller individual tents all around

Dues -- with 30 members in our village (almost there), the tent comes

out to **36EUR** each which we need to be able to pay by the 20th of

JULY. This is a super reasonable amount to have a common hall & home

to come back to, for  side talks or workshops during camp.
