[Noisebridge-congress] Camp Badge 2015

It looks awesome. With that kind of hardware, we can have all kinds of
fun. It would be pretty fun to make a IFF-style beacon that recognized
Friends of NOPE. I wonder if we can make a Mode-S transmitter (on a
different frequency, obviously!)

I'm familiar with GnuRadio but I'm not sure how to write radio software
that runs on the badge computer itself. Embedded is hard!
