[Noisebridge-congress] Lighting in our village

i have to offer

* 10m UV LED strip lighting, 10 yards of glow in the dark tape, and a decent amount of glow in the dark stars
* 2x 55W 1500 lumen halogen headlight bulbs
* 2x 30W 3000 lumen LED headlight bulbs if we really need it (they’re a super pain in the ass to remove)
