David -- what makes you say that the tickets are all gone?  Please send a link.
 
There's no post about tickets being gone on the event blog or wiki.  There's also no mention of this on the tickets page.  It looks to me that there are still tickets available.

Hope you got yours. It may still be possible that a previously reserved ticket becomes available. Otherwise you will need to purchase a ticket from someone else.
