[Noisebridge-congress] onboard hangout this week?

Okay we have a enough people to meet tonight, and hold a hangout for
anyone can join remotely.

  I'll want to go out the following:

* does everyone know about NOPE?
  o  There are two sites to check out:
     - https://events.ccc.de/camp/2015/wiki/Village:Norton%27s_Obscure_Phoggy_Embassy
     - https://noisebridge.net/NOPE
  o  add yourself to the members list
  o  add other content (what you plan to bring, links to talks or
workshops you're giving, etc)
* check in to see if everything has what they need: tickets, camping
equipment and other equipment, & where to look for the fahrplan
* explore what else we can bring to NOPE at CCC Camp

anyone else have any suggestions?
