[Noisebridge-congress] 32C3 Wiki is up

I created an assembly for the Hardware Hacking Area.  Feel free to add yourself.


As of a couple days ago, the ability to add Sessions wasn't functional yet (but, that always lags behind the ability to create Assemblies).
