[Noisebridge-congress] 33c3 Ticket Vouchers

This year, the congress is expected to get very large and the orga is
imposing a two-phase ticket system with some reserved vouchers for
communities close to CCC.

I would perhaps like to make a trip to congress this year and ask the org
if Noisebridge could have some vouchers.

However, I wanted to mail first and gauge interest and see whom else might
want to go and how many we should ask for.

So, who's in?
