[Noisebridge-congress] CCC Camp 2019

It looks like we already have quite a nice group forming.

I would also be down to help out rebooting NOPE for a second time. However,
I would probably like to camp elsewhere out of the hustle and bustle and
focus primarily on making a chill camp.

I can offer coordination in Europe for shipping and stuff.
I'm not sure how/when I'll get there yet, but I have some idea that it
might be fun to setup an RV in the family camp area for quietness and
cargo-carrying ability.
