[CQ] A rig at 2169?

i have the simplest cheapest. i figured for my first attempt go vanilla.

there has been talk of needing something between softrock and gnu radio, 
but last i monitored the softrock list, nothing concrete (pun intended) 
had come out of it.

perhaps a project for us?
