[CQ] [hackerdojo] Would anybody like 100 jail radios?

Not to mention the parts in the electronics area.  A bunch of people,
including me, have taken components for fixing/creating personal
projects which end up going home, permanently.  Is there some kind of
recordkeeping requirement for that situation?
