[CQ] AVR USB host

I vaguely remember someone saying they hoped someone would figure out
how to do the AVR-USB trick for creating a bitbanged implementation of
a USB host controller.  Looks like someone figured it out:

I think the general idea was that said someone also wanted to put a
dinky $3 USB bluetooth dongle on the controller to get stupid cheap
wireless AVRs.  Looks like it might be possible.
