[CQ] arduino fpga shield

I've never quite understood FPGA shields for Arduino (there were one or two
before).  If you're going to bother with an FPGA, just use one: a DE0 nano
is about the same price as this shield plus an arduino.

Maybe I'm being too neckbeardy.
