[CQ] SatNOGS meeting notes 2017/07/09

Ah yep -- we ended up skipping last Monday due to scheduling issues, but we
should be meeting again at NB on Tuesday evening (Jul 25th).

I'll update the wiki until we get a confirmed schedule
