I made this artwork which sounds a bit similar, except aimed at augmenting
conversation with the extra GSR information:

Each GSR is run through a distortion pedal, and then into an Amp, and the
level is also displayed on a VU meter.
People at Lovetech were keen on using GSR as a midi input, the problem then
comes down to normalising the GSR range for each user, so each person has a
common baseline.

Using it in a group euphoria/rave/dancing type scenario sounds cool. It'd be
nifty to have a bunch of people able to give input to music in this way, but
then the question is how to combine multiple inputs into coherent music...
or maybe just the group sum of GSR levels is enough to form the single
unified group excitement input?

I bet making a cheap wearable GSR device which displayed level would be an
awesome and sellable kit...
You can already buy those T-shirt VU meters and they seem successful...
