[Cyborg] motor specs

I feel that a drinking straw is a likely solution so let's test that
before you spend a bunch.  I should be able to do this test tomorrow - I
looked around and there is bizarrely no straw here to try tonight.  Also
I have a little plastic tubing at home that I think is too small but
might not be.  Also I've solved half the problem in the past with
plastic spoons and bits cut from milk bottles...
