We've always said that members who want a service should feel free to
host it!  I'm in complete favor of hg.noisebridge.net and
git.noisebridge.net and svn.noisebridge.net existing, I just don't have
the mental bandwidth to run them myself right now.  If anyone wants to
make it go, we can point DNS at whatever IP you wish.

(I'd personally prefer if people could host on machines [virtual or
physical] they control rather than pointing at a shared virtual server
farm like Google Apps, but that's just my preference, not a rule.  I do
think it's important that we not be locked into a specific hosting
service though -- so being able to get our data *out* is the main
thing.)
