[Cyborg] meeting time change

Henceforth the Cyborg Group (aka sensebridge) will be meeting at 1pm (13:00) on Sunday's, instead of 11am (11:00).  This better reflects recent reality, but more importantly it means that the cyborgs can get their blood alcohol a little bit lower before the meeting officially starts... don't drink & hack :-)

Also, the EEG group is now meeting at the same time as us, super cool!
