Leigh is one of the most active members at hacklab.to here in Toronto, 
she's rad.  She was actually in the process of making this when I first 
met her about 2 months ago, and it's been done for quite a while but she 
was lazy about blogging it.  It's super cool, and includes 8 pink LEDs 
that work similarly to the north-paw (the one the north side of the hat 
is on), plus a single vibrating motor which has a strength modulated to 
how close "forward" is to north.
