It's pretty close to the date - like. um, today!  I'm declaring that it's
on.  Rachel has some bread, and I'm going to head out and get 1 1/2 kilos of
Marin Sun Farms grass-fed hamburger, tomatoes, and onions.  C'mon down, and
bring a side dish if you feel like it.

Onions are going on to be carmelized at 5, probably eat 5:45 - 6-ish.
