[Cyborg] animatronics / hand extensions

I wish to draw your attention in particular to pair of arm/hand 
extensions that absolutely rule.  You can see them in the first video, 
at 0:48 to 1:01 or so, and again 4:13-4:29.  The wearer actually has 
full control over every finger, which is super awesome.  It'd be rad to 
own a pair.
