[Cyborg] open source pulse sensor

this is a good example of how to get a kickstarter project funded.

why does it look green in photographs? does it actually glow green? it 
says the only use one LED, which is infrared.

it also seems really large. 1/2 inch? why is it so big? i think the amp 
doesn't really need to go on the sensor board, but whatever. it's open 
source, right? right?!
