Hot new dental research may make it possible to apply a substance to 
teeth with decay, leading to natural repair - no drilling, no filling, 
just the return of the calcium and enamel, restoring teeth to their 
original state.

The real question in my mind is why this kind of thing didn't happen 50 
years ago?!?

Still waiting for stem cell treatments to make the growing of new teeth 
possible as well... let's get out of the dental stone age.
