It's an awesomely cute cat-ears headband, controlled via something that 
looks a lot like the neurosky.  The ears have two independent axis's of 
movement (raise/lower and rotate), probably controlled by the 
"attention" and "meditation" outputs of the neurosky.  Furries 
everywhere are waiting to buy :-)
