Using a magnetic tongue piercing, a dental appliance allows control of 
e.g. mouse movements, for people who only have control over their head.  
It should be far superior to the traditional "sip-n-puff" interfaces... 
for able bodied people, it would also enable hands-free operation, and 
because the interface itself is removable, yet unobservable by third 
parties, it could be the basis of many a good trick...
